GENERAL CONTEST RULES
There is no purchase necessary.
To be awarded a prize the contestants must be the proper number caller, proper name drawn, the proper caller with the correct answer or a chosen contestant according to the specific contest rules as determined by Citadel-Harrisburg. Contestants must be 18 years of age or older and a U.S. Citizen to win. One winner is allowed per household of the same address within a 30-day period. No one may win more than one of each prize offered, in the same contest.Contestants who win a prize valued at $1000 or greater will not be eligible to win again for a one-year period from the date prize is awarded.
All winners must are required to pick up their prize in person at Citadel-Harrisburg, 515 S. 32nd Street
Camp Hill, PA 17011 during normal business hours, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (8a – 5p) and Thursday (8a - 7p) and provide legal proof of identification, including (name, address, date of birth, social security number, and telephone number.)
Winners are solely responsible for payment of all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any other liabilities incurred Prizes must be claimed within 30 days from the date of winning. Unless otherwise specified by Citadel-Harrisburg, all prizes offered expire 30 days after the date of winning.
Prizes are not transferable and no substitution is allowed. Prizes can not be redeemed for cash, sold or auctioned.
Citadel-Harrisburg is responsible for complying with any and all Federal, State, and local regulations regarding contests and giveaways.
In the event that a contest includes entry via text messaging, participants will at all times have the option of entering via a Citadel-Harrisburg station website during a contemporaneous period.
All materials submitted during a contest become the property of Citadel-Harrisburg and Citadel-Harrisburg shall have the right to use any such material in connection with the given contest. By entering a contest the participant agrees that Citadel-Harrisburg may use the winner’s name, photo, or voice in advertisements and promotion without compensation and grants Citadel-Harrisburg all rights to said use.
All employees and families of Citadel Broadcasting Company, participating sponsors, its agencies and employees of other radio stations are ineligible.
Citadel Harrisburg reserves the right to serve as exclusive arbitrator in the instance of question or conflict with the rules, contestants or other aspect of the contest.
Citadel Harrisburg reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any contestant.
Citadel-Harrisburg reserves the right to amend these rules at any time without notice.
Winner agrees to release, Citadel–Harrisburg and Citadel Broadcasting Corporation, their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives from any claims relating to the prize or Contest prior to acceptance of the prize.Citadel-Harrisburg reserves the right to substitute a prize of greater or equal value and require contest winner to sign a publicity and liability release form.Citadel-Harrisburg is not responsible for phone, mail or Internet malfunctions or mishaps.
 
Any violation of the above Citadel-Harrisburg general contest rules or rule for a specific contest will constitute disqualification and no prize will be awarded by Citadel Broadcasting Company or its agencies.
